Invoice Instructions

If the booking is not approved by the authority, the invoice will be issued directly to the booking party. For private bookings, upfront payment is required to secure the interpreter’s availability.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Minimum booking time is 1 hour.
2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full service fee.
3. Interpreting fees will be charged based on the scheduled booking time, not the actual start time.
